Purchases can be made through weibeauty.com or our major authorized retailers. All products are subject to availability.
If ordering from Wei Beauty, once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming your order. If you would like to change your order, please email us at help@weibeauty.com with your name and order number, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. If you’d like to send our products as a gift, you may add a personal message to the package.

Free Shipping on all orders in United States. United States Postal Service Priority is standard.

Returns/Exchanges
If you're not satisfied within 30 days after purchase, we want to hear from you. We will offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us if you ordered directly from Wei Beauty.
