What is your shipping policy and how much does it cost?
United States Postal Service is standard, and costs $6.95 for orders up to $65.00.

Orders over $65.00 are shipped as no charge to our clients.
Orders are processed Monday thru Friday, EST.

What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied within 30 days after purchase, we want to hear from you. We will offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us if you ordered directly from

Do you test on animals?
WEI Beauty/Wei East has never tested any products on animals, other than human beings. In addition, both companies request documentation from all raw material suppliers certifying that they, too, do NOT test on animals.

Selling in China does not indicate that animal testing is performed. As long as a company utilizes only raw materials that appear on the IECIC (Inventory of Existing Cosmetic Ingredients in China) and markets only cosmetics, not those categorized as "special use", China does not require animal testing.

Wei Beauty is a paraben-free beauty collection.

How can I track my order?
Tracking information is available on your order confirmation email and is also available on your account page. Click the 'My Orders' link. Please allow up to one business day for order processing. Orders are processed Monday thru Friday, EST.

We are not able to send samples to customers who write in and request them, but we do add sample sachets to customer orders whenever they are available.
